LeicoRE is led by Peter Leider and Theresa Leider, whose careers span residential homes, commercial properties, land, development, and investment real estate. That breadth of experience helps us see opportunities, ask better questions, and guide clients toward informed decisions.
Peter and Leider bring different strengths to every transaction. Peter’s focus is commercial properties, land, development, and investment opportunities. Theresa works primarily in residential real estate while also drawing on decades of experience in development, finance, and investment. Together they enjoy helping clients understand their options and solve both straightforward and complex real estate challenges.
Peter Leider
Broker, Commercial Properties, Land Entitlement & Investment Properties
Peter Leider has over 40 years of commercial real estate experience as a principal and broker. His expertise includes land use and entitlement, commercial development, and properties involving environmental remediation. For the past 10 years, his focus has primarily been land entitlement including rezoning, upzoning and annexations all along the Front Range.
Peter often collaborates with other brokers and investors when their clients need first-hand knowledge of the feasibility of land use or the rezoning process. He is terrific at summarizing highest and best uses of properties, financing strategies and understanding the planning and zoning processes in various jurisdictions, as well as exit strategies. p
Theresa Leider
Broker, CCIM, Certifed Real Estate Probate Specialist
Theresa Leider has participated in real estate transactions as a broker, principal, owner, developer, and investor. Her experience spans residential homes, commercial properties, land development, and investment real estate, giving clients a broad perspective when evaluating opportunities and making important decisions.
Before becoming a real estate broker, Theresa spent her career as a CPA and CFO serving the real estate industry. Her background in finance, taxation, and real estate development helps her recognize important issues and identify questions clients may wish to discuss with their own tax, legal, or financial advisors before making significant real estate decisions.
Today, Theresa focuses primarily on residential real estate, with special expertise in seniors, probate, estate properties, and life transitions. She enjoys helping clients understand their options, solve unique real estate challenges, and move forward with confidence.
When she’s not working with real estate clients or coaching professionals, you’ll probably find her on a golf course chasing an elusive little white ball—or convincing herself that the next swing is the one she’s been looking for.
